Pastor Shane Hewatt has been involved in youth ministry for more than 13 years and has a heart to see the young generation take a stand for Jesus. He believes that we will see the world changed if we pour into this generation now and not wait! He is currently the campus Pastor at Free Chapel Buford and has been on staff with Free Chapel for seven years. He is a father of three beautiful children. Pastor Shane and his wife Jessica reside in Braselton, GA.



Neurosurgeon, Gwinnett Medical

Dr. Raore is a neurosurgeon at Neurosurgery & Spine Associates at Gwinnett Medical Center with expertise in neurosurgical oncology, brain and spine trauma and complex spine surgery. He received his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and completed his internship and neurological surgery residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Raore completed further training in Skull Base and Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery at the Arkansas Neuroscience Institute in Little Rock, Arkansas. He also completed a research fellowship in spinal cord therapeutics delivery, leading to an FDA approval for the first U.S. study of intraspinal stem cell transplantation in Lou Gehrig’s disease. He has published numerous articles in various disciplines within Neuroscience.

He was an assistant professor at the Clinical Neuroscience Institute for Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He has been inducted to the Gold Humanism Honor Society for demonstrated excellence in clinical care, leadership, compassion and dedication to service.


Dr. Raore is passionate about providing care, stays involved in international medical missions, enjoys spending time with his family and participating in team sports.

Global CFO for The McDonald’s Division (“TMD”) at The Coca-Cola Company

Victor has been the Global CFO for The McDonald’s Division (“TMD”) at The Coca-Cola Company since August 2018. Leading this global customer Finance organization, he is focused on continuing to build strong management reporting, commercial, and financial

governance capabilities & digitizing the enterprise to support the company’s global finance transformation efforts.


As a member of TMD leadership team, Victor will be instrumental to making informed strategic decisions regarding growth priorities for both McDonald’s and Coca-Cola. Prior to his current role, Victor Barnes was the VP/Chief Financial Officer for Coca-Cola Ltd. (“CCL” - Canada). There, he led the integration of the Company’s new business model in Canada by building a finance organization to collaborate across functions, the bottling partner, shared services organizations and the Corporate Center (Tax, Treasury, M&A, etc.).

Victor also led the development and execution of overall financial strategies, business cases For multi-million-dollar investments in local production capabilities for new categories such as Dairy and led the Company’s governance and accounting activities.

Previously, Victor was the Regional Controller, Sub-Saharan Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, Victor was responsible for local statutory reporting and tax compliance for 40 countries and 10 Legal Entities. Victor’s team implemented the first fit-forpurpose cloud-based Statutory Financial Statement preparation system in The Coca-Cola Company that was later replicated globally in the company.

Victor was also Director Finance, Strategy, and Project Management Office (PMO) for CocaCola Customer Business Solutions (2011-2013). Major achievements included identifying & implementing an innovative cloud-based financial reporting system and transforming annual business planning and forecasting for the department. Victor has had progressively challenging responsibilities throughout his 24 years with The Coca-Cola Company where his collaborative communication and capability building skills helped the company to innovate, achieve cost-savings with increased productivity, and engage team members.

Victor holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg School of Management and is an Alumni of Northern Illinois University. He received his Certified Public Accountant credentials in the state of Georgia, USA. Victor and his wife Victoria met as 9th graders at their high school in Chicago, have been married for 35 years, have two children and four grandchildren. Victor enjoys reading and traveling and is an avid sports fan. He volunteered extensive time to mentoring and coaching youth basketball for 20 years, taking multiple (AAU) travel teams to National rankings, and continues to mentor many of these “kids” who are now adults.

Science and Mathematics Teacher, Buford Academy

I am a wife of over 20 years (to a man who spoils me lovingly) and a mother of five incredible children. I currently teach fourth grade Science and Mathematics at Buford Academy in Buford, Georgia. My degrees include an Educational Specialist in Instructional Technology from Kennesaw State University, a Masters of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Piedmont College, and a Bachelor of Science from Brenau University. I enjoy teaching math, but my passion is Science. My other responsibilities at Buford Academy include being head coach for our Girls on the Run club, a non-profit program that works to encourage girls to develop self-respect and to develop healthy lifestyles through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games, culminating in a celebratory 5k run.


My family and I have lived in Buford, Georgia for over 20 years.  I have five children and my youngest loves to say he is the true Buford-ite of all of us since he was born here. We all love being part of this community and the Buford Family! All of my children are grown, although three of them are in college so we are not complete empty-nesters yet. My oldest, Ehren is a full-time Army National Guard soldier and newlywed as of March of last year. My oldest daughter, Carmen is also married and lives in Columbia, SC where she works as director of marketing for a start-up research company. My youngest daughter, Camille is a Sophomore at University of North Georgia studying Mass Communication. Next is Zachary. He is a Senior at Kennesaw State University studying IT. My baby, Jared, is a Junior at Piedmont College studying Physics and Engineering. He spends his summers with us and makes his way home many weekends during the school year. I am truly blessed by this active and loving bunch!


My husband and I have been married for nearly 30 years and we enjoy traveling to new places and revisiting favorite destinations. I also enjoy cooking, reading,  and crochet.

Sandra Ongwenyi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com), Finance and a Master of Arts (MA), in Project Planning and Management. She is a Project Management Professional with 9 years of international experience managing projects in the Banking, Public Sectors and pharmaceutical industry in the Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Evaluation and Closure process groups. Sandra is skilled in integrating knowledge areas of Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, Procurement and Stakeholder management.

Her solid Project Management, Finance and Business knowledge skills prepare her to deliver high quality, timely and cost-effective data and input in one or more multi-country projects from project feasibility through to implementation. She gains fulfillment from using her skills and knowledge in a team environment focused on excellence.

Sandra strives to align her work and values to the heart of God. Her life is fully governed by the assurance that comes from knowing that nothing can separate her from the love of God. Besides being a mother to the most amazing three-year-old girl, Sandra’s fulfillment comes from impacting lives through the opportunities that carry the promise of transforming lives. Sandra resides in Central New Jersey.

Bryan Shaw is a graduate of Georgia Tech who has spent over 15 years performing research on various applications within the polymer industry.   His determination to learn, apply, and improve has led him into project management and business development within the research environment, which has been a natural progression due to his passion for connecting with the people he encounters and his drive to build meaningful relationships.  This passion extends to his role as a leader of Bible studies and a small group focused on Biblical-centered fellowship. 


Bryan and his wife Tsion, are learning firsthand about discipleship, as they raise their two young daughters, Veronica and Sophia.

Mark Eppert is a senior executive with 26+ years of broad finance and operating experience within the consumer products sector.  He currently serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Coca-Cola North America, with accountability and responsibility for over 700 people in finance, technical, innovation, information systems, and business transformation.  Mark currently serves on the boards of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, and is a member of The Coca-Cola Company Asset Management Committee.


Throughout his career, Mark has been a valued business partner to his leadership teams in setting strategy and driving strong financial and operational results.  He has demonstrated success in creating shareholder value through top- and bottom-line performance improvement via strategic financial management, cost optimization and strong operational execution.

Mark started his career at The Flxible Corporation, a manufacturer and assembler of metro-transit buses, where he held a number of positions in corporate and cost accounting.  Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Mark attended Ohio State University, where he received a degree in Accounting; he is a CPA.
